Arranging live-in care with Rose Family Care Ltd is straightforward and fully guided. We understand how important this decision is, which is why we make the process clear, reassuring, and person-centred from the very first contact. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Step 1 – Initial Enquiry:Contact us by phone or email to discuss your situation. We’ll explain how live-in care works and answer any questions you may have. 
  • Step 2 – Free Care Assessment:We arrange a home visit (or phone consultation if preferred) to learn about your care needs, preferences, health conditions, and routines. 
  • Step 3 – Personalised Care Plan:We create a bespoke care plan tailored to your needs, including preferred routines, goals, and safety measures. 
  • Step 4 – Matching Your Carer:We carefully match you with a compatible, trained carer based on your needs and personality. 
  • Step 5 – Care Begins:Once you’re happy with the plan and carer, we begin care, with full support and ongoing communication from our management team. 
  • Step 6 – Ongoing Support:Your care manager will remain in regular contact, reviewing and adjusting your plan as needed. You’ll also receive 24/7 support from our office team to ensure care is always responsive and well-coordinated.
