1. What is a home care visit?

A home care visit is when a professional carer visits your home to provide support with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, medication, meals, or companionship. The visit can last from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on your needs. 

You can arrange visits as often as needed — from once a week to several times a day. We will work with you to create a personalised schedule that suits your routine and care needs. 

Wherever possible, yes. We believe in continuity of care and do our best to match you with a small, consistent team of carers who understand your preferences. 

Yes. Our carers are fully trained to support with medication prompts, administration (where agreed), and completing medication records. 

Absolutely. We can help with preparing meals, assisting with eating, and ensuring you stay hydrated throughout the day.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling and will work with you to find visit times that suit your daily routine — morning, afternoon, evening, or night. 

Yes. We regularly review care plans to ensure they still meet your needs. You and your family will be involved in all reviews and any changes to your care.
