Our Recruitment Process: 

  1. Job Advertisements – We share detailed job descriptions with clear expectations
  2. Application Form Review– We assess forms for skills, values, and eligibility
  3. Initial Screening– We call suitable applicants for a short, informal discussion
  4. In-Depth Interview– We invite shortlisted candidates to interview (in-person or virtual)
  5. Reference Checks– We contact at least two previous employers to confirm conduct and suitability
  6. Enhanced DBS Check– We complete criminal background checks for all new hires
  7. Offer & Contracts– Successful applicants receive a formal offer and employment agreement
  8. Induction & Training– All staff complete training in safeguarding, care standards, and The Mum Test
  9. Ongoing Supervision– Managers offer regular support and check-ins
  10. Performance Review– We hold regular reviews to ensure growth and care quality remain high
