Our training is built around the values of The Mum Test, national care standards, and current CQC guidance. You’ll benefit from induction, shadowing, ongoing skills refreshers, and career development.

What We Offer:

Full induction programme and supported shadowing
The Care Certificate (for new to care staff)
Mandatory and refresher training (delivered in-person and online)
Support with NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Specialist training for complex needs and end-of-life care
Annual performance reviews and CPD planning
Clear career pathways to Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Care Coordinator roles
Ongoing supervision and mentoring from the Registered Manager

Medication Administration and MAR Chart Recording
Infection Prevention and Control
Fire Safety Awareness
Health & Safety (including COSHH & RIDDOR)
Food Hygiene & Nutrition
GDPR and Confidentiality in Care
Lone Working & Personal Safety
Equality, Diversity and Human Rights
Basic Life Support (CPR)
Risk Assessment and Incident Reporting
Mental Capacity Act (MCA) & DoLS
