At Rose Family Care Ltd, our team is the backbone of everything we do. Led by our experienced Registered Manager, the care team includes a dedicated Deputy Manager, Care Coordinators, Senior Carers, and Carers, all working together to deliver safe, kind, and person-centred support to every individual we serve.

Each member of our team is carefully selected not only for their qualifications and experience, but for their ability to treat every client with the same care and respect they would want for their own family. That’s the standard we call The Mum Test, and it’s the benchmark for every decision we make.

Our Team Structure

• Registered Manager – Oversees all aspects of care delivery, safety, compliance, and quality.
• Deputy Manager – Supports day-to-day operations and ensures care plans are person-centred and well-coordinated.
• Care Coordinators – Plan visits, manage schedules, and act as a vital link between families, staff, and services.
• Senior Carers – Lead by example, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards of care are maintained in every visit.
• Carers – The heart of our service, providing hands-on, compassionate support that meets both practical needs and emotional wellbeing.
