MEET THE REGISTERED MANAGER

Suzen Makuchete – Registered Manager

Suzen Makuchete is the Registered Manager of Rose Family Care Ltd. A qualified and experienced nurse by profession, Suzen brings over a decade of clinical and care leadership experience from across hospital, residential, and community-based settings. Her approach is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that care should always feel personal, never transactional.

Having worked closely with adults of all ages and health needs, Suzen understands the deep responsibility that comes with providing support in someone’s home. She believes that quality care is built on trust, relationships, and the simple but powerful question at the heart of our values: “Would this be good enough for my own mum?”

In her leadership role, Suzen oversees care planning, compliance, team development, and service delivery, ensuring that every aspect of care meets both regulatory standards and the emotional, cultural, and practical needs of the individuals we support.

Suzen is the Nominated Individual and Registered Manager named on our CQC registration, and she leads the service in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the CQC Quality Statements, and the M.U.M. C.A.R.E. values that define Rose Family Care Ltd.
